5. Intellectual Property

Templates, licensed software, and third-party tools remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Website Hosting & Third-Party Services

You are responsible for fees related to:

  • Security tools or paid integrations

We are not liable for downtime or issues caused by external service providers.

7. Maintenance & Support

Post-launch support is included only if specified in your plan or contract.
Additional support is billed at our standard hourly or package rate.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data

  • Third-party service interruptions

  • Client-made changes after launch

  • Security breaches due to unmanaged hosting or outdated software

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Communication

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the project if obligations are not met.
