You are responsible for fees related to:

Security tools or paid integrations
We are not liable for downtime or issues caused by external service providers.
7. Maintenance & Support
Post-launch support is included only if specified in your plan or contract.
Additional support is billed at our standard hourly or package rate.
8. Limitation of Liability

Loss of business, revenue, or data
Third-party service interruptions
Client-made changes after launch
Security breaches due to unmanaged hosting or outdated software
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
9. Communication
Primary communication will occur via email, messaging platforms, or project management tools.
We aim to respond within 24 business hours.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the project if obligations are not met.
Client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to termination.
